I don’t get married for a couple of years. Can I still book now?
Absolutely. The sooner the better! Booking with us now means that you are guaranteed our full attention when the time comes to start thinking about your stationery. All we would need from you to hold your date would be a £20 deposit and then you can sit back and think about the rest of your wedding knowing your stationery is in the best possible hands. It can be hard to find a good stationer if you leave it later as they get booked up quite early.
Do you supply samples?
We do indeed. Just make a note of the design you would like and Contact Us to request the sample. We try and minimise the number of samples we do send out so please make sure you think carefully about the sample you require. However, please remember that all of our stationery is designed uniquely for you so the sample should only be used to show the quality of our work.
I can’t see an option to buy stationery. How can I order?
All of our stationery is designed to your specific tastes, theme, colour scheme and budget. We like to speak to you first either face to face, over the telephone or on email to make sure we design the perfect, elegant, handmade stationery for your needs. The prices on the site are there for a guide only to show you what you can get for your money. Quotes are provided on an individual basis. We will discuss everything with you to make sure you are happy. We always try to keep our prices as low as posible without compromising the quality.Once you are happy with what we have discussed, you can the place your order with us.
What is included in the quote you provide?
The simple answer is everything. We discuss your requirements in detail before putting the quote together to make sure that we include everything you need in the quote. This will include your envelopes and postage, the whole package. There will never be any hidden extras.
You are not near me. Can I still order with you?
Absolutely. Our consultation and communication does not need to be carried out face-to-face. It’s just as effective over the phone or by email.
I’ve left it quite late to order. Can you still help?
Of course. Get in Touch and we will try our very best to help if we can.You can use our Prompt Delivery Service which will ensure you get your stationery on time. There is, however a small charge for this but this will be itemised in your quote.
Do you offer discounts?
We always tailor your quote specifically for you which takes into account bulk orders and always provide a discount if you purchase more than 6 seperate items in one order. We do however, offer Special Offers occasionally so check out our Latest Offers Page for more information.
I don’t want a design that has already been made. Can you design one for me?
This is exactly what we are here for. We start each design from scratch to make sure your day is as unique and personal as it should be. We certainly don’t try and mould your ideas into one of our pre-made designs, infact we advise against this. Our gallery should be used for inspiration only and not to find one you actually want to buy.
I have designed my Stationery already. Can you make it for me?
Of course. We would be delighted and honoured to do this for you. If you have all your ideas then send them to us and we will work with them to produce the perfect design for you. Even if you have actually designed your stationery completely we would be honoured to turn your actual designs into a reality. Request an Inspiration Box from us which you can put everything in including cut outs that you have seen from magazines, and even the actual design itself if you have done one so we can base the stationery on these ideas perfectly.
Our budget is very tight. Can you still help?
Absolutely. We always work to a budget and we will discuss this in the initial consultation. Nothing is impossible. Some of the most elegant designs have been based on the tightest of budget. A lot of people resort to shop bought and off the shelf stationery when they are faced with a small budget but usually get faced with the dilema of not being able to find the right kind of design for them or the wrong colour or even not being able to find the whole set of stationery that they need for their Wedding. You can be assured that what ever your budget, we can produce the most elegant design and one that you can be 100% happy with.
