2. Consultation

Book a consultation
Once you have made your enquiry to us we will be in touch to setup an initial consultation. This is a FREE, no obligation consultation which means that you can still choose to go else where if you wish. This can be done in person if you are close by, over the phone or by email. The choice is yours. At this point we will discuss the following:

  1. Wedding Date
  2. Location of the Wedding
  3. Number of Day and Evening Guests
  4. Theme
  5. Colour Scheme
  6. Your ideas
  7. Budget
  8. Other Options (Fonts, wording etc)

3. Design

From the consulation, we will get a clear understanding of your requirements and we will make a start on putting together a design pack for you based on our discussions (especially your budget). This pack will usually take about 1 week to prepare. This design pack will include a minimum of four computer generated designs with details regarding the materials that will be used and any extras that you may like to add. Each design will come with a detailed quote outlining the price per card plus additional costs for the extras so you know exactly what you are getting and can tailor your stationery budget even further.

This pack will then be emailed to you for your review and we can then make a start on discussing the designs in detail and adapting them until you are entirely happy. Or, if for some reason you do not like the designs at all, we can start again at no extra charge. Our aim is to make you happy.

4. Sample

From experience, we always find that you can never really tell what your stationery is going to look like until you see it. Once you have agreed on a design and are happy to proceed, we will make a start on producing a full sample of that design for you to look at ‘In The Flesh’. This may take up to 10 Days as material will need to be ordered in to produce the design. We will then send the design out to you in the post via 1st class mail for your review. If, in the unlikely event that you require changes at this stage and further samples sent out, these however, will be chargeable.

5. Ordering

When, and only when you are happy with the designs, just fill in the order form to make sure we have all the information that we need in order to proceed. Once we have received your booking form, all we ask is for a deposit which we will send you the details of by email. Our deposits are based on a per order basis and will be calculated for you. You will then not need to pay any extra until your stationery is ready to dispatch to you.We can even work out a tailored payment plan if you’d be happier to spread the cost.

On receipt of the deposit, we can then schedule the work taking into account when each item is needed by and send you a personalised shedule so you know exactly when you should expect to receive your stationery by. We will send you a weekly email with an update on how we are getting on.

6. Production and Delivery

Whilst we are getting stuck into the production of your stationery, we will be in touch to discuss the wording you require on the Invitations (the wording for the Order of Service and Menus can wait until later as detailed in your personal plan). We will also discuss whether you want the guests names printed on the invitations or the envelopes printed if you would like.

We will then get stuck into the rest of your stationery as per the personalised plan to make sure all your stationery is delivered in plenty of time before it is actually needed. All of the stationery is sent 1st class recorded delivery unless you are close by where we will personally hand deliver your stationery for complete peace of mind.
